About

I’m a strategist, facilitator, and community builder guided by a deep belief in our collective capacity to create more just, joyful, and interconnected systems. My work lives at the intersection of equity, ecology, and belonging — helping organizations and movements design the structures and relationships that make lasting change possible.

With over a decade of experience leading initiatives across the environmental, food, and social justice sectors, I’ve supported local and national nonprofits in raising resources, cultivating partnerships, and embedding restorative and participatory practices into their cultures. I bring a background in intercultural communication and peacebuilding — and a practice rooted in curiosity, accountability, and care.

I hold a Master of Arts in Peace & Justice and a Certificate in Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership from the University of San Diego’s Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies. Before that, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communication from Saint Louis University and spent time in Belize, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico supporting grassroots initiatives in education, agriculture, and sustainability.

I also volunteer as a Co-Steward of Community-Centric Fundraising San Diego and serve on the Steering Committee of the San Diego Solidarity Network.

Today, I call San Diego home — where I continue to practice the balance of structure and spirit that guides my work. Outside of consulting and community projects, you’ll find me tending to my plants, wandering farmers markets, practicing yoga, and spending time with my dog Fern, cat Feta and fiancé Kevin.

My Approach

  • Restorative by design. Relationships are the foundation of systems. I help teams build cultures of accountability and trust.
  • Strategic and values-aligned. I bring structure and rigor without sacrificing humanity. My strategy is emergent.
  • Creative and adaptive. Every project is co-created to meet the needs, pace, and capacity of the people doing the work.
